Wahine Po‘ai - ‘Oloa Workspace
Wahine Po‘ai circles are inspired by kapa making traditions of our kupuna. Each circle draws a name from kapa that fluttered in the wind and was made from young wauke shoots called "ohiohi loa" or "nioniolo.”
‘OLOA is a fine white kapa, usually a gift given at childbirth.
